I thought I would start off by telling you a bit about how Oliver Dean American Goods came about. Many years ago I started leatherworking to help my family make a little extra income and as a creative outlet for myself.

I would sell to friends and family through word of mouth. Through the years I have slowly grown my business into what it is now – something small and manageable for myself. I design, sew, and create beautiful leather goods with my own hands.

My inspiration comes from my own experiences, the beauty I see in the world, and my amazing family. The Oliver Dean name comes from my first born – Oliver Dean. I wanted something I could pass onto my children they could be proud of. Having the name of my company Oliver Dean reminds me everyday why I do the work I do.
