All Oliver Dean American Goods items have a lifetime warranty for the stitching. If there is any damage to the stitching, we will fix it for free. Shipping costs are not included in the warranty.

In order to return an item, The customer must complete the return process within 14 days from delivery and the item must be in new condition and unused. The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs for the item being returned. All shipping costs are non-refundable.

Returned merchandise that follows the guidelines mentioned above can be refunded to the original form of payment when return process has been completed within the 14 days from delivery.
