Refund policy

Every piece from Oliver Dean American Goods is made by hand, by one person, in Cody, Wyoming. If something isn't right, I want to make it right. Here's how returns work.

Returns on ready-to-ship items

Notebooks, napkin rings, pot holders and skillet sleeves can be returned within 14 days after delivery. Items must be unused and in the condition you received them.

To start a return: email oliverdeanag@gmail.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return. I'll reply within 2 business days with the return address.

Return shipping is paid by the customer. Once the item arrives back in Cody, I'll inspect it and issue your refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to post it.

Exchanges: if you'd like a different item instead, say so in your email and I'll send it once the original arrives.

Made-to-order pieces are final sale

The Everything Baskets and the Lilly Mirror are made to order after you purchase, so they can't be returned or exchanged for a change of mind.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If anything arrives damaged, defective or isn't what you ordered, including made-to-order pieces, email oliverdeanag@gmail.com within 14 days after delivery with your order number and a photo. I'll repair, replace or refund it, and I'll cover the shipping.
