Shipping policy

Every order ships from my shop in Cody, Wyoming. I currently ship to US addresses only.

When your order ships

Ready-to-ship items (notebooks, napkin rings, pot holders, skillet sleeves): ship within 3 to 5 business days after you order.
Everything Baskets: made to order and ship in 3 to 5 weeks.
Lilly Mirror: made to order. I'll email you an estimated ship date within 2 business days of your order.

If your order has both ready-to-ship and made-to-order pieces, I'll email you to ask whether you'd like them shipped together or separately.

Shipping rates and delivery times

Standard: $8, free on orders over $70. Usually arrives 2 to 7 business days after it ships.
Express: $15. Usually arrives 1 to 3 business days after it ships.

You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package is lost, or arrives damaged, email oliverdeanag@gmail.com with your order number (and a photo if it's damaged) within 14 days after delivery. I'll work with the carrier and repair, replace or refund it.
